Just take a small taste at first. If all went according to plan you’ve got a delicious hot sauce on your hands. Feel free to experiment with the ratios of chilli, pineapple and garlic and add less or more according to your taste and liking.

INGREDIENTS
• 6 Pumpkin Habanero Chilli
• 1 Medium Pineapple (diced)
• 1 Small Onion (chopped)
• 3 Garlic Cloves (add less or more according to your taste)
• 1 cup White Wine Vinegar
• Juice of 1 lime
• Rind of 1 lime
• ¼ tsp Cumin Powder
• 1 tsp Salt
• ½ tsp Mustard
• ½ tsp Pimenta (All-Spice)
INSTRUCTIONS
• Combine all ingredients in a blender and process till smooth
• Add to pan and bring to boil
• Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
• Pour into clean bottles when hot
• Place bottles upside down until cooled
