EXCHANGE / REFUND FAQS
If you are not happy with your online purchase, you may return items purchased for a refund, replacement or exchange, provided you do so within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
Please note the following:
- You must supply the original order number.
- Items must be in a saleable condition
- Gift cards cannot be refunded.
- 3rd Party products (i.e. Partner Products) bought online may only be returned through this online portal and not directly with partners.
- Any item with a quality issue or defect claim, will be subject to investigation prior to the provision of a remedy.
You will be refunded with a Peppadogs Voucher. Please note you cannot receive a cash refund for items purchased online.
We will accept any product return if it is in its original condition.
In cases where claims of defected goods are applicable, it will be subject to investigation prior to the provision of a remedy.
Unless specified as isolated, all our plants are open-pollinated. Though every measure is taken to ensure purity cross-pollination may occur from time to time. Should there be a massive deviation of what was expected from the variety we will provide you with a coupon as a refund. Please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.
Goods returned will be at no charge to the client.
