It’s Chilli Ferment Green Hot Sauce
Details: Jalapenos and fresh garlic fermented for at least 3 months to increase the Umami. Fresh parsley added at bottling. A light, easy-going sauce good for brushing on fish and chicken, mix through potato or pasta salad or mix with natural yoghurt to create a dip.
